This is very essential. This it can be said that WSHO, WSHS, FSM are the important terms in working field.

Gone are the days of exploitation. Now a single wrong behaviour by the employer can bring immense problem to him. People have now become cautious about their rights and duties. People have accepted these regulations and acts whole heartedly as this has been done for their betterment. People have also become aware of their rights and duties. There must not be any exploitation in working place. Hence all this laws are enacted.
